Problem:
Con Edison has been the sole source of New York’s power for over 200 years. They needed help changing how New Yorkers see their relationship with their power company - from purely transactional to a purpose-driven one. Along the way, solidifying Con Edison as leading New York’s clean energy transition.
Solution:
How do you change the minds of the most cynical audience in the world? You shift their perspective. Enter ‘Where Clean Energy Lives’, a ConEd campaign created to show New Yorkers a different vantage point of the place they call home, and how to participate in making New York run on 100% clean energy by 2040.
Results:
No region produces energy or consequently has a larger effect on climate change than the New York Metro area. “Where Clean Energy Lives” makes the invisible visible - presenting New Yorkers with a new vantage point of their city rooted in the everyday human experiences powered by a sustainable energy grid, from the lights of the Botanical Gardens to EV chargers on every street corner.
